I can't see how anyone would be disappointed!i received mine yesterday, and was extremely pleased! the feel of the material (are you sure this sn't leather???)is wonderful and it is perectly slouchy! the hardware is "heavy," and sturdy as opposed to cheap and flimsy feeling! the size is perfect too, roomy on the inside for those that love a big bag, but when you're wearing it, it doesn't look ridiculously big! I am strongly considering buying a spare right now, just incase (i can be a little clumsy with pens and magic markers and would not want to be without my new "everyday" bag!)
