Help for frizzies

As I've gotten older, my hair has gotten ornerier--and in my humid home of Florida, that means frizz. This conditioner is true to its name, and makes my hair silkier. It doesn't completely cure what ails my hair, but it helps a lot, and the cashier at the health food store where I bought this conditioner spontaneously rhapsodized about how great it is on her own hair. I'd be interested in seeing how it teams up with the Smooth As Silk shampoo; that might help even more.
